The house is nice and clean, the weather is perfect, you have no plans for the rest of the day and you’re wondering if you should catch up on your missed workouts or just stay in and binge watch Netflix.

I know this seems like a no brainer.. (Netflix Duh!) BUT why not DO BOTH?!
I know sometimes the couch or bed is BAE but imagine how good you’ll feel after the workout!

If you’re anything like me the struggle is REAL and I need a little more than someone telling me “ imagine how good you’ll feel after the work” to get me up. ( I mean what’s better than a clean house, a clear schedule and a whole lotta netflix?!)
