“We are never going back!” That’s what we tell ourselves whenever we see these photos of when we were at our heaviest. After trying diet after diet, losing weight just seemed too hard and nearly impossible! The easy thing to do was just to continue living life eating what we want, pretending we were happy, and just going with the flow. YOLO right?
Do you want to know what’s not easy? Looking at these photos, being the “fat friend.” Hearing that you have a list of medical issues that could have been prevented if you just lost some weight.
We’re here to let you know that if WE: Delwin and Melissa-( the two people on this planet who can’t live without pizza and brownies) can lose weight; You can too! We’re not just talking the talk; we’re walking the walk and taking the same advice that we are giving you!
The Journey Continues…
Delwin is now a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. He has lost more than 40 pounds since his journey began. I (Melissa) have lost a little over 70 pounds since that photo above was taken. I’ve also started to enjoy and appreciate everything that I have been learning along the way.
Although we have both made some progress, we still have a long way to go. Follow us, or better yet…JOIN US as we continue taking the steps forward to being fit and happy.
