8. Cool n’ Creamy Cantaloupe Smoothie
We found this recipe at eatliverun.com. Although we aren’t big fans of cantaloupe, since it only requires three ingredients, we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, it was delicious. Greek yogurt gives you a good amount of protein, and you can never go wrong with honey.
- One cantaloupe seeded scooped out and roughly chopped

- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup ice

Thank God the people at Delish.com came up with this muscle-building, fat-burning version of my native island’s classic drink of choice. Don’t forget to put a Lil umbrella on your drink.
