Low Carb S’mores
There’s no such thing as camping for the DoubleChinBurgers squad. There’s no way my chubby ass is setting in bear country. They even have a recipe for sugar-free graham crackers. Sugar-free!! At only 217 calories and two net carbs, you won’t need to go and risk getting devoured by a bear or Bigfoot to get some fantastic s’ mores. KETO PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE BITES
The power of Christ compels you! Jesus, are these peanut butter cheesecake bites tasty. But these things will wreak havoc on your diet if you let them. VEGAN COCONUT MACAROONS
In Puerto Rico, we call coconut macaroons “Besitos de coco” or “coconut kisses.” They are, without a doubt in my top three desserts of all time. Unfortunately, as with many delicious desserts, they are mostly filled with way too much sugar. As you know, that’s a big “no-no” especially when you are on the keto diet. In our quest for finding keto dessert recipes to write this post, we found this recipe! We were very, very happy. This recipe substitutes sugar with monk-fruit. What’s even better is these treats are only 50 calories each and only contain two net carbs! Click here for the recipe.

NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE
I had no idea no-bake cheesecakes were a thing. But to my surprise not only is it a thing but, it is also delicious. But what about all those carbs? Well, the key of this cheesecake is that the crust is made with almond flour, cocoa, and butter. Which makes this snack/dessert perfect if you are in the keto or Atkins diet. At only 6 grams of carbs, you can eat as many pieces as you want without obliterating your carbohydrate goals. Okay maybe not as many as you want, but you get our point.
